With winter fully upon us and the chilly mornings and rare blue sky days, I've been missing the warmth of summer and the bright blues and aquas of the sea. Thus, a throwback post of the beautiful coastline of Cape Leeuwin, the most south westerly mainland point of Australia.
These photographs were taken two to three years ago, where we had spent the day driving along the coastline from Busselton to Augusta and back. We were the stragglers who had come to climb the steps of the lighthouse. We received a special one on one tour and a little more time to soak in the salty sea in all its glory before the wind picked up and they had to close. But that didn't stop us from driving on to other well known look outs to snap a few glorious shots as the sun set.
